Congratulations Senior Police Officer Rebecca Skillern on her recent spotlight by the International Association of Chiefs of Police. (IACP)
SPO Skillern is a licensed professional counselor and the lead trainer for HPD’s Mental Health Division. In 2019, she was recognized as the Texas CIT Association’s Mental Health Professional of the Year.
