Lizzie Pannill Fletcher, who has been serving as the U.S. Representative for Texas' 7th District since 2019, shared a series of tweets on March 28, 2025. Representing a district that includes much of western Houston, Fletcher has been vocal on several important issues.

In her first tweet, posted on March 28, 2025, Rep. Lizzie Fletcher reminds her constituents of the upcoming tax filing deadline. She wrote, "April 15 is right around the corner. Find out if you're one of the millions of eligible Texans who can file taxes online at: https://t.co/QNMysj8WhJ https://t.co/lSxdtN8ti4".

Later, on March 28, 2025, Fletcher issued a statement criticizing an executive order by the president. She said in her tweet, "My statement on President Trump's executive order to erase, rewrite, and propagandize the history of the United States: https://t.co/3Nbo2T47jO".

In another tweet posted on March 28, 2025, she further criticized the executive order, expressing her support for fundamental rights. Fletcher asserted, "People have the right to bargain collectively over their labor. They have the right to free speech, to assembly, to petition the government. These are in the Constitution. What is in this executive order is not. It is authoritarian & un-American. https://t.co/2Qpi3mfDAt".
