On March 11, 2025, Rep. Hunt expressed his disapproval over comments made by a Democrat Senator on live television. He stated, "A Democrat Senator just INSULTED 77 MILLION Americans on live TV! On ‘The View,’ they claimed millions haven’t fully developed their brains. First, they called us garbage. Then Nazis. What’s next? When will they learn?"
Later that day, he highlighted positive news in the manufacturing sector with another tweet stating that in one month, "10,000 new manufacturing jobs were created, with the automotive industry leading the charge with 9,000 new jobs." He emphasized that this is the largest increase in fifteen months.
In a subsequent tweet posted shortly after the previous one, Rep. Hunt discussed an initiative aimed at encouraging legal immigration through technology: "The CBP-Home app will incentivize immigrants to come into the United States LEGALLY. If you are ILLEGAL and you decide to come back LEGALLY, America will welcome you back."
