On March 7, 2025, Hunt's press office reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy apologized to former U.S. President Donald Trump for previous actions described as "disrespectful." The tweet questioned whether this apology could signal the beginning of peace. " BREAKING Zelenskyy Apologized to President Trump. Later that day, another post praised Donald Trump's actions concerning border security, contrasting them with those of Joe Biden. The tweet claimed that Trump achieved in three weeks what Biden did not accomplish in four years and suggested that a strong president was all that was needed to address the issue without congressional intervention.
