WASHINGTON, DC – On May 18, Congresswoman Sylvia Garcia (TX-29) issued the following statement in honor of the late Gloria Molina.

“Gloria Molina, a friend, a colleague, and a leader, was a champion for Latino communities everywhere. Gloria was the former Los Angeles County Supervisor and the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials Board Member. Not only am I grateful for her dedication to Latinos across the country, but also for her advice and friendship as a colleague when I was County Commissioner, and she was County Supervisor. Gloria will be missed and never forgotten.”
