Fletcher promotes vaccination, addresses political deadlines, and celebrates young innovators

Lizzie Pannill Fletcher, a current U.S. Congress member representing Texas' 7th district since 2019, posted a series of tweets concerning health initiatives, political actions, and educational achievements.

On April 10, 2025, Rep. Lizzie Fletcher emphasized the importance of vaccinations in eradicating measles, stating that "Measles can be prevented. It has been eradicated from our state in the past." She announced a partnership with Harris County Precinct 4 and the Harris County Public Health to provide free measles vaccines in her district, #TX07, over the coming weeks.

On April 11, 2025, Fletcher addressed a legal matter involving a prominent figure. In a tweet, she noted, "Special Government Employees are only allowed to work for the government for 130 days before the law requires them to divest from their companies." She mentioned a reminder sent to President Trump, asserting that "the clock on Elon Musk runs out on May 30," and that Musk must depart from his role at the White House.

Lizzie Pannill Fletcher was born in Houston, Texas in 1975 and currently resides there. She graduated from Kenyon College in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned her Juris Doctor from the College of William and Mary in 2006.
