There were four multiracial students enrolled in The Varnett Public School District in the 2022-23 school year, the same number as the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that The Varnett Public School District welcomed 1,085 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 0.4% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

The Varnett Public School District roughly covers schools within Harris County and has a main office in Houston.

Among the three schools in The Varnett Public School District, The Varnett School - Northeast recorded the highest enrollment of multiracial students in the 2022-23 school year, with a total of three students.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.
