The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Elizabeth Fletcher, Elizabeth Pannill Fletcher for Congress, refunded $200 to Donald E. Chambers on Sept. 29, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Elizabeth Pannill Fletcher for Congress has refunded $17,302 total since April 1.
