Texas House bill by Rep. Vo mandates procedures to prevent fraud and abuse in workforce programs

Hubert Vo introduced the bill in the Texas House on Tuesday, March 4, during the 89th regular legislative session.

Vo graduated from the University of Houston in 1983 with a BS.

Vo, a Democrat, was elected to the Texas State House in 2005 to represent the state’s 149th House district, replacing previous state representative Talmadge L. Heflin.
