Mariah Debose, a notable Spring High School alumna, helped lead the Tarleton State Texans to a 7-3 victory over the Elon Phoenix in NCAA Division I softball action at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13.

The matchup was held at Hunt Softball Park, marking the first meeting of the season between these teams.

Debose notched two hits in four plate appearances and crossed the plate twice.

The Texans are set to face the UNC Greensboro Spartans for their upcoming game, scheduled for Saturday, March 14, at 2 p.m. at UNCG Softball Stadium.
