Rep. Lizzie Fletcher, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas' 7th district, has shared her views and personal milestones through a series of tweets. Fletcher, who has been serving since 2019 after succeeding John Culberson, recently commented on economic policies and celebrated her birthday.

On February 13, 2025, Rep. Fletcher expressed concerns about the economic impact of President Trump's tariffs. She stated that "President Trump’s 25% steel and aluminum tariffs have broken longstanding agreements with our trading partners and escalated an already damaging trade war, which will likely lead to even more price hikes, and in turn, higher inflation."

Later that day, Fletcher's team took over her social media account to celebrate her birthday coinciding with Galentine's Day. They highlighted her advocacy work by saying "Team #TX07 takeover time! Is it any wonder that Congresswoman Fletcher's birthday is the same day as Galentines Day? As an ardent supporter of reproductive rights, equal pay, and voting rights, she's one of the best gals we know. Happy 50th birthday, Congresswoman!"

On February 14, 2025, Rep. Fletcher emphasized the importance of love and advocacy in a tweet stating "With everything going on, it's important to celebrate what and who we love today. And to fight for them today and every day. I'll always love and fight for #TX07!"
