On January 30, 2025, Rep. Fletcher acknowledged the efforts of school board members in her district during School Board Appreciation Month. She expressed gratitude towards the members of AliefISD, LamarCISD, and FortBendISD for their leadership and commitment to enhancing public education.
The following day, on January 31, she paid tribute to Fred Korematsu for his fight against the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II. Later that day, Rep. Fletcher highlighted an initiative by House Democrats aimed at simplifying tax filing processes.
