Former Kingwood High School player and current Texas Lutheran Bulldogs catcher and outfielder, Taylor Vannett, will compete in the NCAA D3 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number two seed against the third seeded Chapman Panthers.

The first game is on Thursday, May 16.
