Former Choctaw High School guard Trinity Gooden’s collegiate team has been invited to the NCAA tournament.

On March 12th, Choctaw High School Guard Trinity Gooden’s collegiate team the Rice Owls were invited to the NCAA tournament as a 14 seed.

The Rice Owls ended the regular season with a 19-14 record. They are paired against the LSU Lady Tigers who are a 3 seed. The game will take place on Friday, March 22 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
