On Sunday, March 3, former Rio Grande City High School standout Manny Garza’s current college team, the Rice Owls, lost 4-3 in their NCAA Division I game against the Stanford Cardinals.

The game took place in Houston, Texas. This was their third matchup against the Stanford Cardinals this season.

The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 5 at 6:30 p.m. in Houston, Texas against Prairie View A&M Panthers.
