The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Sheila Jackson Lee, Sheila Jackson Lee for Congress, refunded $500 to Paula Saizan on Sept. 29, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Sheila Jackson Lee for Congress has refunded $2,000 total since April 1.
