The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Robert Christopher Bell, Chris Bell for Senate, refunded $2,200 to Nicholas Hellyar on September 21, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Chris Bell for Senate refunded $2,200 total since April 1.
