The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Elisa Cardnell, Elisa Cardnell for Congress, refunded $250 to Jodi Dewitt on May 6, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

Elisa Cardnell for Congress refunded $12,050 total since December 1, 2019.
