23 percent of applicants to Chamberlain University-Texas were admitted for fall 2018

At Chamberlain University-Texas, 64 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 87 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in Houston enrolled 823 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 34.4 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of Texas.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (34 percent) and white (23 percent).

The school admitted 23 percent of the 26 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 100 percent enrolled.
