Graduates earn 29 degrees, certificates from the College of Biblical Studies-Houston

About 86.2 percent of the 29 degrees and certificates handed out by the College of Biblical Studies-Houston in 2017-18 were to students in theology and religious vocations programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Houston conferred 13 bachelor's degrees and 11 associate's degrees in theology and religious vocations programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in bible/biblical studies. Data shows the school gave out 13 bachelor's degrees in bible/biblical studies, followed by 11 associate's degrees in bible/biblical studies and 4 bachelor's degrees in organizational leadership.

The college enrolled 376 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
