Higginbotham's Houston location has added a new broker to its team.
According to Higginbotham.net, Ted Dimitry has joined the Higginbotham Houston team, bringing with him 23 years of experience.
Dimitry is a commercial property and casualty insurance broker specializing in the oil and gas industry.
In addition to his position, Dimitry's experience also includes working with the management of staffs with more than 15 employees for production and marketing, as well as servicing both energy and marine account with some of Houston's insurance agencies.
Higginbotham anticipates that Dimitry's addition to the team will result in growth of their energy and marine specializations within the city.
Prior to coming to Higginbotham, Dimitry worked with Aon, Marsh, Wortham and other insurance brokers.
