WASHINGTON – On Fox News’ America Reports, U.S. Senator John Cornyn (R-TX) discussed the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing he co-chaired titled “Unfit to Serve: How the Biden Cover-Up Endangered America and Undermined the Constitution.” The hearing focused on investigating an alleged cover-up by mainstream media, the Biden family, and his inner circle. This includes potential crimes committed by Joe Biden’s Cabinet members and senior aides in attempts to conceal the former President’s cognitive decline while in office.

During the program, John Roberts noted that Democrats did not attend the committee meeting. He asked Senator Cornyn if this absence suggested complicity in a cover-up. Cornyn responded affirmatively, stating, “Absolutely.”

Cornyn elaborated further: “We know that they were because ultimately, they were the ones who persuaded President Biden not to run again. But that was only after it became obvious that he could not win again in a race against Donald Trump, so they replaced him with Kamala Harris.”

He continued by highlighting what he believed should have been done under constitutional provisions: “Those are the sorts of things that should have been done by the Cabinet and the Vice President under the provisions of the 25th Amendment when it’s clear the President lacks the mental capacity to do the job.”

Cornyn also criticized efforts to maintain political power over serving public interests: “Obviously, trying to prop up President Biden when he clearly wasn’t up to the job, which we saw during the debate with President Trump, was an attempt – a failed attempt – to hold on to political power, but they did that rather than serve the interests of the American people.”
