U.S. Representative Sylvia Garcia posted a series of statements on November 20, 2025, addressing community activism, transgender rights, and political rhetoric.
In her first post of the day, Garcia shared her participation in a discussion with advocacy groups. Shortly after her statement on transgender rights, Garcia responded to comments attributed to former President Donald Trump regarding Democratic lawmakers. She wrote: “Trump’s call for Democratic members of Congress to be put to death is sick, dangerous, and completely unacceptable.
Every American, regardless of party, must condemn this violent rhetoric.
