Lizzie Pannill Fletcher, currently serving as a U.S. Congress member representing Texas’ 7th district, has shared updates regarding constituents and historical commemorations through her social media platform. Fletcher, who has been serving in Congress since 2019, frequently engages with local businesses, arts, and civic leaders.
On May 4, 2025, Fletcher congratulated Saj Baldwin for winning the seventh annual #TX07 Congressional Art Competition. Fletcher highlighted Baldwin’s depiction of adolescence in his artwork titled “Brothers” and expressed her anticipation to see his art displayed in the Capitol this year. Fletcher, born in Houston, Texas in 1975, has established her residence there while she represents the community in Congress. She graduated from Kenyon College with a BA and completed her JD at the College of William and Mary.
