The Food and Drug Administration issued a single citation to Patrick Odia, M.D., in Houston following a bioresearch monitoring inspection carried out on February 16, 2024, according to data posted on the FDA’s website.

The FDA website shows that the company was cited for the following problem: ‘An investigation was not conducted in accordance with the signed statement of investigator and investigational plan.’
