Lizzie Pannill Fletcher, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 7th district since 2019, has been vocal on social media regarding recent legislative activities and national celebrations. Fletcher was born in Houston in 1975 and continues to reside there. She completed her undergraduate studies at Kenyon College in 1997 before earning a JD from William & Mary Law School in 2006.
