University of Houston Soccer Assistant Coach Brooke Bradley was named the goalkeeper coach for the Cerebral Palsy Women’s National Team, U.S. Soccer announced on March 27.
The appointment is significant as it highlights opportunities for coaching staff to gain experience at the national level and reflects ongoing efforts to develop both players and coaches within university soccer programs.
Head Coach Ben Williams said, “It’s very special to represent your country in any capacity possible. We are excited for this opportunity for Brooke to have a fantastic experience with the national team. We are always looking to expand the development of not only our players but also ourselves as a staff, and this is a fantastic opportunity to do that. We look forward to cheering for Brooke and the CPWNT this summer at the World Cup.”
Bradley will join the CPWNT during their first camps at the ADAPTandTHRIVE Invitational in May at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Fayetteville, Georgia before participating in the IFCPF Women’s World Cup in fall 2026.
“I am incredibly honored and excited to step into this journey with the CPWNT,” Bradley said. “I want to thank Chris Maravalli for opening this door and having me join him and to Ben for believing in my potential and encouraging me to pursue this opportunity. I’m also grateful to the University of Houston for their constant support throughout this process.
“This team represents dedication, resilience and heart. I look forward to making a meaningful impact not only on the field but also by supporting our athletes off the field.
“This is more than a role, it’s a purpose. I can’t wait to contribute, grow, and help elevate this incredible group of athletes as we head into the 2026 IFCPF Women’s World Cup.”
